WHO WE ARE
Our Founder
Carl Scott brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, starting as a carpenter and progressing through site and project management. He holds a BSc in Construction Management and is a Chartered Member of the CIOB.
Before founding CS Associates, Carl worked with leading local contractors and as a Building Control Surveyor for the States of Jersey, specialising in building bye-laws. His diverse background gives him a deep understanding of both the practical and regulatory sides of construction.
Known for his down-to-earth, reliable approach, Carl delivers thoughtful, tailored solutions that balance functionality, sustainability and budget — backed by a trusted network of local consultants.
